I don't consider Vox to be exclusive

and the prospectives will pretty much all be welcomed

(and the only issue with pretty much is that if some current member has strong doubts about a prospective, then they aren't allowed in)

the case is that I dont' want to allow some in, and then have them block others when they should really all enter in at the same time...

Just to let everyone know, I just got Civ4 today, and it works great! A bit slow, no music at the beginning (don't know why) but having a blast

I got my copy of cIV via amazon/fed ex last night. I played an hour...lots to learn. The strategy seems to be a bit more complicated compared to civ3. Religion and promotions alone add complexity.

No idea on a civ yet.

Not sure about MrBoo's comment regarding the sound. After I installed, I got a great opening video complete with sound.

I got that too. I meant acutaly in game. But its started when I hit Classical Age.

For my suggestion of leader, it depends on our stargry. I only payed a couple so far. The best I had was Caeser. Almost finished, but then Khan deiced that it would be a good time to invade, which it was, since most of my army was in Japan... I'm now trying Elizabath on the "Terra" map, to force me into a navy game.
