I realize now I forgot to move the chariot guarding Bolt out to scout. Sorry UnO. We can do that this turn.
FS has completed an Archer, now needs a build. Seems to me another Axe would be good.
Foxtrot has grown a new citizen. The Governor has placed it on a grass forest, I suggest we trade the 2
for 2 
by moving this citizen to the forest hill. We can move it to a 2 tile later on once Bolt mines the gems. Now that will be a tile worth working - 2 1

Rush has finished his mine by Foxtrot. Given that it's a border area, I think having him road will be well worth the investment.
Jaw should start mining. He'll complete the mine just about the time Port Lima reaches size 4.
Oh, and there's a new archer in FS. I suggest sending him east toward Port Lima. It can either garrison the city or its southern hill.Comment

New Archer in FS moved 6 en route to Lima. The archer needs a promo, and I would suggest First Strike I. Axe set in FS build queue.
Jaw begins mine near port Lima. Settler moves en route to new city location, proceeded by the archer southwest of FS.
AB grows to 5 next turn. We should send a worker up there to mine the plains hill soon.
Bolt set to road the plains hill in Foxtrot. Chariot guarding gems tile moved 3 to start scouting for possible attacks from the south.
Workboat continues journey CCW around continent.
Sarantium stack moved 6.
Awaiting response from the Horde. Will move Horde stack onto gold hill if we do not hear back. Also, 1 axe in the stack needs a promo. Seeing that we are going to be attacking Anhinga, I would go for City Raider I. 3 out of the 4 chariots need promos; Flanking seems appropriate. 1 spear also needs a promo: City Raider I considering that the other has Combat I.Comment
