I'm assuming we want a city 1 of the pigs, correct? Do we want a western limit of where they can settle near that gold, river, whatnot?

Perhaps 1 of the pigs, though I think 2-1 of them is also in the running.

We definitely don't want them settling right on top of the gold, as that would lead to culture wars between our cities. I'd say 6-9 of the gold would be a good place for Sarantium to found their westernmost city, myself; that should keep the overlap from being too bad.
