        Some items:
        -Scout needs a move. 1-1?
        -Rush the Worker mines
        -Axeman continues on its journey 2
        -Settler 3 if the axe shows the road all clear. This will bring the settler into the view of the Horde scout, but I don't think there's much we can do about it.
        -Axeman in the east should return 7 to post to clear FoW again.
        -New Fort Sierra citizen: Keep on the plains forest or move it? I don't think we need more food at the moment, but considering the overabundance of food, we might want to switch it to the gold hill even without the mine there right now for an extra commerce.
