Turn 55 - 1840 BC

Issues I see for this turn:
-The scout's move. If it continues west, 7-1 would be best.
-Axe moves either 2 or 3; either will keep it on track to get to the jungle hill next to the city site.
-Settler 2-2 (keeps it on track to enter forest near city site, while keeping it out of sight of Sarantium warrior.
-Worker needs a move. A road is unnecessary with the river there, so I'd suggest moving 1 and roading the plains south of the city. This road will enable Fort Sierra's spear to reinforce the gold hill, where the worker can go and mine once this road is done.
Also, I'd suggest moving the axeman in the east 3. This will create temporary FoW, but it can move back the next turn, and the axe will be able to spot the edge of Sarantium's new city if they founded it very close. (And if it can't see it, we at least know this new Sarantium city isn't very close.)

I'd rather mine the gold first then connect it to FS, getting the coin and hammers from the mine sooner is more valuable at this stage IMO. If there is a barbarian attack from the SW then we can just move the spearman onto the copper mine. Barbarians *usually* go for the closest human unit, and I doubt there are going to be Barbarian axemen popping up just yet.

I'm just a bit paranoid about barbarian warriors popping up. If we can either get them to go for the spear or cover the worker with it so they have to, then yes, we're fine. But without the road, cover will be impossible, leaving a few approaches from which our worker will be out of luck... not to mention the possibility of other civs taking potshots at the worker if they see it unprotected.
How about this instead: Let's move the spear 4. This way, the spear will be able to cover the worker, while still being near the city on a road just in case. Fort Sierra can take the -1 garrison unhappiness at pop 3, and the new axeman should be produced before it hits pop 4. The worker can go straight to the gold hill and mine immediately.
