Discussion of Contact Rule

I just realized that, ridiculous as I may think the no discussion of contacts rule is, it's not unworkable. I believe we can see in our diplo screen that the Horde and Sarantium have contact (unless it displays peace lines between even those without contact) and Sarantium and the Horde should be able to see the same about us.

We have confirmation in game via seeing them within sight of each other.

Yes, but I'm saying we could tell if any two civs we'd met had met each other regardless of unit/border sightings.
