  • Turn 15 - 3440BC

    Started researching the Wheel.

Moved Scout 1 tile into Berlin and set him to heal, which will take 1 turn. Had I set him to heal where he stood it would have taken 2 turns.

I did not switch to Slavery yet since we have no immediate use for it, and saw no reason to lose the turn of production and research.

Worked out as Rush predicted then.

Yeah, switching right now would only be unnecessary delay to the worker.

We should discuss when to switch, though. Once we get the pigs pasturized we'll have quite a lot of food coming in; I think the 1 turn anarchy may be worth it in the turns just before that pasture is finished by the worker.

Damn you're quick! Seems like I barely had time to post the thread and you'd already responded. Speed typing?

I do type pretty fast. And after seeing your post in the save sent thread (I was about to play it myself, we should probably start posting in a turn's thread before playing it) I was hanging around to see the report.

Posting in the save tracker thread before playing the turn sounds like a good idea. It would be pretty amusing if Vox were to receive multiple saves of the same turn...

I was thinking of just posting "I'm going to play" here in the forum, in the thread for whatever turn is being played. Then anyone thinking of playing the turn can check there to make sure no one else is doing so. We don't have to add to the save tracking thread's alreay impressive mass.

              Oh, that will work too.

So, send the worker over to the copper tile next turn?

                Sounds good to me.

Build to warrior? I think military must trump any other considerations at this point, much as I would like another scout.

I think if you pasturize your pigs you'll have no more pigs pretty soon ... besides pissing off ASPCA ...

I find that even "pasturized" pigs tend to get dirty again and covered with bacteria. That's why I prefer to heat them up really hot once they're dead and can't get into messes any longer. Add a little salt and they keep very well.
