The place is very rich,indeed.

May be worth think two cities,not just onene with the cows,river,great food,forests;the other coastal.

Diagonal river is river for all,but possibly watermill.

sounds fine to me. the area around bob1 looks also like a nice city spot with silk gold and cows and sea access and some hills , would make for a fairly good commerce city with some production.
