It's a little of gueeswork,I think. It looks we are in the north or northeast of continent.

If we are N, Plat proposal (towards 7) then counterclowise, is the best.

If you are NE, 9 then clockwise seems best.

i would follow the river in southwest direction to reveal a nice spot for city 2.

The main goal of Bob'moves is to find a good site for 2nd site. That's on pure guess,of course. But said site must not be far, nor overlap.

So, NW or E seems better.

I know the save has arrived, I shall be more or less around by more 3 hours.

ok I have the save, I'll wait a few more hours until playing it but it looks like down the river (move bob to 1) is in the lead.

On another note, it looks like many civs chose not to found their first city the first turn. So hopefully everyone is as bad off as we are.

And with the warrior'move turn over.
It looks depend on warrior finds a good site (2nd warrior arrives on time to defend capital,it seems).
And why do you think some people doesn't settle in turn 1?
