    Turn's in, opening it.

Did the moves was sure to take, now some questions:
    - what do we build near Safanople then - windmill(5) or mine(4)?
    - I noticed the caravel city is quite unprotected right now, so how about moving its archer back to it and rushing that chuk in DongJing?

    Sightings:
    - GS keeps stockpiling cash instead of researching
    - Merit Ptah has been born in a far away land

Safanople needs more hammers, once everything is built we can still change to windmills

      Nanjing is pretty safe.

Mayb we should GS a remark about the stockpiling? Just to let seem know we are keeping an eye on them?

Even with windmills it would still have three times the hammers of Hong Kong and Hong Kong is doing fine.

          skype log

          Code:
          [10:36:19] PJayTycy : hello
          [10:36:42] |SafaN| : morning
          [10:37:03] Impaler[WrG] : yo
          [10:37:26] PJayTycy : I'm opening bt's midturn now
          [10:43:57] |SafaN| : nanjing is fairly safe
[10:44:50] PJayTycy : the barb axe near Dongjing didn't move on, but destroyed the pasture it was on.
          [10:45:03] |SafaN| : yas
          [10:45:31] Impaler[WrG] : typical
          [10:45:56] |SafaN| : these are not blakes puppets :)
[10:46:11] PJayTycy : Nanjing is "pretty" safe as long as barbs don't come over the sea
[10:46:32] |SafaN| : i never have seen galleys drop barbarians
[10:46:36] PJayTycy : A road between Nanjing and Dongjing should be built for faster defense-scrambling
[10:46:54] |SafaN| : chopping that caravel has priority
[10:47:04] |SafaN| : btw what kind of gp is ptah?
          [10:54:01] PJayTycy : great scientist
          [10:59:57] |SafaN| : i can't get the stockpiling
[11:01:00] PJayTycy : chopping for the caravel in nanjing will have to wait ~10 turns (till culture borders expand).
[11:01:00] PJayTycy : In the mean time that worker should start on a pasture on the cows
[11:01:36] PJayTycy : the another worker near dongjing should rebuild the pasture the barb destroyed
[11:01:36] PJayTycy : (after the barb suicide-attacks dongjing)
[11:01:51] PJayTycy : GS' stockpiling you mean ?
          [11:03:27] |SafaN| : uhu
[11:04:04] PJayTycy : They have ~230 gold now... +70 each turn
[11:04:24] PJayTycy : What's the state of our tech trades / diplomacy with GS ?
[11:04:35] PJayTycy : Are we still expecting something from them or they from us ?
[11:05:35] |SafaN| : we gifted them Civil Service for
[11:05:35] |SafaN| : a) their next tech would be feudalism and transfered immediately upon discovery
[11:05:51] |SafaN| : b) somewhere in the future they will research paper and transfer it to us
[11:06:04] |SafaN| : c) we will not compete for liberalism
          [11:06:27] Impaler[WrG] : they are making 70 gold a turn?
[11:06:43] |SafaN| : by stockpiling they delay the moment they have to give feudalism for us
[11:06:51] Impaler[WrG] : your sure? Its apearing as gold avaliable to trade with us?
          [11:07:06] |SafaN| : yes thats their surplus
[11:07:44] Impaler[WrG] : and whats the history over the last 3 turns of how much they had?
          [11:07:46] |SafaN| : so they found a loophole:
[11:07:46] |SafaN| : they are slowly researching feudalism so they have a lot of treasury to get to liberalism fast
          [11:07:59] |SafaN| : they have 213 gold now ...
          [11:08:04] PJayTycy : Actually it's +76 each turn
          [11:08:07] Impaler[WrG] : woooo
          [11:08:26] Impaler[WrG] : I will have to have a talk with Blake
[11:08:33] PJayTycy : don't they trust our last point about not competing for liberalism?
[11:08:41] Impaler[WrG] : this is a clear violation of the treaty
[11:09:07] Impaler[WrG] : we specified they research "without delay"
          [11:10:50] Impaler[WrG] : and it is most obviously a dis-ingenuos move
[11:10:50] Impaler[WrG] :even if they try to make some kind of legalistic haggle out of it
[11:13:47] PJayTycy : yes, I think it would be good to contact them about it.
[11:13:47] PJayTycy : The first message doesn't need to be hostile though
[11:13:47] PJayTycy : asking them why first and expressing our concern about delaying feudalism,
[11:13:47] PJayTycy :i nstead of telling them right out to stop it
          [11:15:42] Impaler[WrG] : ok seems reasonable
[11:15:42] Impaler[WrG] :but I't will take a lot of explaining to convince me their not just trying to slow us down
[11:16:24] Impaler[WrG] : I've got half a mind to crush them with Macemen
[11:16:42] Impaler[WrG] : whats the power graph looking like?
[11:18:43] |SafaN| : maybe we can let our chuck do a parade at their northern city
[11:20:09] Impaler[WrG] : I'd like to but on their own they can't do much,
          [11:20:09] Impaler[WrG] : we need to get a firm trans-continental highway built
[11:20:09] Impaler[WrG] : that will give us some reach "reach" and make their fear our powerfull economy
[11:21:25] Impaler[WrG] : we should get a worker, possibly two dedicated to that ASAP
[11:22:11] PJayTycy : I think we have enough workers to put some to that task
[11:25:36] PJayTycy : OK, I have to go now, see you later
