Which sreen do you want?
Maniac, In the Strategic Planning thread, PJay brought up an issue that if we're gonna hook up that iron, we need to work towards that asap, because of limited worker time available.
One can argue we're gonna build more workers later, but lets not rely on them, iron is our first priority and it should be as ready as possible.
Also, roading pasture as of now is unnecessary and it can be done at any later time, e.g. when Tassadargrad produces worker.
What needs to be done at the second city is:
1.chop obelisk asap (it will be at least 5 turns after border expands, when we will be able to hook up iron)
takes - 2 turns to move in, 3 to chop, total: 5
(warrior from Tassagrad should follow the worker to the new city site)
2.build the pasture at 2nd city: 5 turns
3.build road from third city up to iron site: 6 turns (2 to move, 4 to road)
4.build the mine: 5 turns
A total of 21 turns of urgent work for our worker.
The remaining could be used to either assist connecting to the road network (which will be the priority task of next worker built) or another chop.-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.

OK. We can time the chop so that it's finished just after the city is founded. It's one more turn for the settler, and it'll take two more turns to fund the city, so we can start moving our worker there now.
What should we chop, the plains hill?Indifference is Bliss

Yeah, that's the closest and only one so close which would actually count towards third city not Beijing.-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.

So, chop, then move 77 and road, onto the hill and road until culture expands, stop road if not done yet and mine, finish road after mine?
No, we don't have a use this early for iron. Pasture on cows firs is probably better...
Chop -> To cows, pasture and possibly road -> to iron mine and road -> to tile between iron and city, road.
New worker from Tassagrad can road forest 88 of Beijing and then road the pasture (if not done by first worker), hooking up both cows and the third city (with iron) to the trade network.
Roading tassagrad's pasture now is a waste of time IMHO.
Also, remind me on normal workerspeeds:
Roads: 2 turns
Chop: 3 turns
Mine: 4 turns
Pasture: 4 turns

Barracks at Tassagrad should be done in 6 turns, according to spreadsheet here
Axe one turn after that and then we must decide what to build next.
I proposed forge, which would allow us to build 2 workers llater, before GE as well as increased production during military buildup, but that could aswell be changed into worker if it seems better.
EDIT: actually the spreadsheet is a bit incorrent, it might as well be 5 turns, but that's no big difference-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.

But having the first worker road the pasture as well means it'll get to the hill only one turn later, so it's probably a good idea.

So, next turn (T), worker moves to Beijing's grass hill, settler moves to to-be-chopped wooded plains hill.
Well, we can work out the details later, the most important thing is that we should be starting to chop that hill in two turns.
that means:
T+4 chop done
T+5 obelisk done
T+15 culture expansion
T+20 mine done, if started on T+16
...
T+24 GE done-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.

I've been trying to find a list of food neded for growth and culture needed for expansion, but couldn't find one :-/Indifference is Bliss

foodbar_length = 20 + (pop - 1) * 2
22 to grow into 2
24 to grow into 3
etc
Culture is like:
10
50
500
5000
50000
Or somesuch-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.
