  • Turn 48: 2120 BC

I have temporarily usurped the throne. Don't worry - I didn't do anything bad.

Impaler gets the prize for clearvoyance: a barbarian warrior appeared in the sight of our scout (who gets named after the animal he defeated).

Was the warrior in *cough* Tassagrad supposed to do something?

Seems like there isn't a connection between our new copper road and the Beijing river. We'll have to build a road there in the future.

Duh. Rivers only connect tiles through which they pass. We'll need another road in either of the FP or the grass north of it to link up the copper with Beijing.

Yep one more road segment aught to do it, then we will have the trade route between the two cities and an additional 2 Commerce a turn. I'd do the road first and then the pasture followed by the road to Bananas.

In this turn all scores stayed the same, and banana's second city had a culture pop which increased the land area (exclusively) for their second city from 8 (max=9) to 18 (max=21)

I looked for possible city locations, but couldn't find any reasonable ones that correspond to these numbers. Maybe they settled their second city somewhere down south.
