    Let's consider our priorities:

We're short on military units. Of course, once we have copper, we can make axemen, but a few warriors won't be obsolete even then, as they can clear FOW or otherwise interrupt barbarians, and later be upgraded or serve as police. Especially right now, with barbarians looming, I don't feel comfortable with a single warrior defending two cities.

Barracks are nice, but we don't need them until/unless we make CKNs to pluck bananas.

Granaries are appealing, but RNG_temple doesn't have many food sources and does have good production sources, so it probably won't whip much.

1 worker is plenty while our military is still feeble.

We don't have the military to claim a third city, and so can't make a settler just yet.

RNG_temple can make a forge later.

It would be nice to hit 10 culture in RNG_temple, but the most important tiles are in the first ring. The second would just be gravy, so an obelisk isn't a high priority.

Given all that, I say make a Warrior at RNG_temple first, and possibly make a Warrior at Beijing after it whips a forge (whenever we do that). Use the scout to clear FOW and indirectly protect our cities.

I'd propose following scheme for RNG_temple:
      1.switch to warrior, complete it
2.switch back to barracks run until copper hooked (if possible finish)
      3.switch to Ax, complete it
4.switch to barracks, complete, if not completed before.

I don't think a warrior in Beijing is needed right now and once copper mine is done we'll be able to produce Axes at reasonable rate (item per 4 turns).

So long as we start a Warrior SOMEWARE, if were agreed on 1 slave whip in Beiging then that city cant create a warrior for atleast 6 turns. Temple (odd name by the way we should get a city name thread going) will soon be able to work the Copper mine and produce a Warrior quickly. What would be the fastest Warrior that can be produced their? If its sooner then Beiging then go for it, and that includes halting growth by working the mine before we have 2 pop.

Remember we won't have as many barbs as we would in SP...

I guess it will be sooner in RNG_Temple if we switch next turn, plus we were thinking of using forge carryover for Granary, or something else bigger than warrior.

Why won't we have as many barbs as SP? I'm accustomed to having archers shoved down my throat starting sometime around this year.

[SIZE=1]Temple (odd name by the way we should get a city name thread going)
How about Xinmiàn? (Silly Apolyton can't display an i with a third accent )
Literally Heart Flower, or Flower of the Heart if you wish. A city that has blossomed in the core/heart of our continent, ie not on the coast.

IIRC, barbs tend to focus on human players more than they do on AI in SP. As we're all human now, we can expect a bit less aggression than we would in SP, I think.

In any case, we do need an extra warrior or two, especially before another settler...

This is what I currently see as a possible plan for the next turns:

Being: continue the forge, whip with 1 pop in 2200 BC, quickly build a warrior for RNG, build a settler, start collossus (+/- 1600 BC).
RNG: continue the barracks, start building up military after that (+/- 1800 BC).
our worker: finish mine on copper, road on copper, pasture on cow (+/- 1800 BC), road on cow, road to Being (+/- 1600 BC), road to Bananas (+/- 1400 BC)
                    no sig

Better build a granary first and grow to size 5 to support an engineer.

BTW, we *have* switched to slavery already, right?

                            Yes, once we finished settler.

Better build a granary first and grow to size 5 to support an engineer.
Should we make a poll about the possible production and it's order?

                            Probable items:
                            - warrior
                            - settler
                            - granary

I think that granary is important but not right after forge because we won't have any use of 5th citizen as long as we have whip unhapiness.

                            Probably warrior->granary->settler ?

                            EDIT: yay, post 5000

The save is in the inbox.

Anyone with some spare time (Tassi? ) want to set up a sim? just recreate the current situation off a blank map (just put the AI on a tundra surrounded by mountains)... No need to include terrain outside our cities' radii so far.

That way, we can sim the different scenarios, to see what would be more effective...

Very good idea N35t0r, it was actually done so in one of the ACDGs by Kody, who (surprise, surprise!) was also the main strategist of one of the winning factions.
