I like that Idea Maniac, Yang travels back in time and space to actualy found China itself. But the temporal paradox protection clause means that instead of traveling back to the earth he knew, its actualy an alternate dimention which is why the land masses are all different.

No, protective trait isn't my style. Qin or Chu for me, although I've done decently with the Han as well.

I just chose Wei because I think starting in the middle of everyone is the best guarantee for an interesting game. I don't like Protective that much either. Though I assume it is more useful in this specific circumstance of human players and a central location. Besides, I think Imperialist sucks even more.

Should I start a thread in the PBEM forum? No more interested people here it seems. I think we definitely need four players, hopefully next to each other - the rest can be AI I guess.
