About settler - I dont like to risk. If we lose him now, we've lost a real advantage, if we delay him a turn, it's not so big deal.
I say we have the first move (on top of the hill) and then move it to the hill to north, to delay for one turn while scouting ahead, meanwhile moving the scout to the very same hill and then scouting the city site with it right after.
