DXTbmp does something weird ... i don't see those gold lines above Kirk previewing the bmp in my pic viewer, but loading it into DXTbmp I see them (even before converting to dds...)

Fixed ... i think it was an 8 bit BMP or something maybe? I opened it and resaved it in Gimp, and DXTBMP was fine with it then.
The other thing that would help would be a "pretty" version of the file in 64x64 (with the Border around it preferably) for the leaderbutton. (Your flag will also need a button, don't forget.) Anyhow, you have a week to figure stuff out ... I'll post a zip of the updated mod that includes this, so you can work with it just replacing files and not playing with XML. (Or, just read my brief tutorial in the topped thread... it's simple, really... )

But will it pop up? Diplobox in PBEM's don't show any leaderscreen AFAIK. But it will show in the foreign screens of course.
