Catapults in ONE turn, Axes need to be positioned, Diplomacy still needs attention - need some support, folks.

HM - I don't play the game any more, so I can't contribute meaningfully to strategy or tactics, but is there anything I can do on the diplo? If a message needs to be sent let me know what needs to go in it and I'll post a draft here for approval.

Thanks, Cort Haus. I would love it if you could serve in some diplomatic activity. I've recently begun posting ideas or snippets for inclusion in messages, but haven't actually sent anything out, not wanting to get drawn into that role as well.

There are two diplomatic messages that need crafting at the moment: a response to a recent message from Banana - see the appropriate thread; and a press release on the public forum regarding our war with Vox, again, see appropriate thread.

I posted a draft press release. Play with it as you see fit, but I think it's reasonably good.

I'm sorry I've been so unhelpful of late, HM. The move has been consuming my brain. I'll be w/o an internet connection starting Thursday, until at least Monday. Monday I'll be back in the office, so I'll be able to chime in from there, but @ home we probably won't be online yet. And next week is the week we prepare to move buildings @ the office, so that will be hecktic too.

After that, though, things may calm down some and I'll have some more available brain power for the Storm.

Axes: continue marching 'round to make sure they cannot hook up iron. Once we've verified they can't pull that off, we can figure out where we want to fort the axes until our cats march in. Oh, and we also want to make sure no horsies get hooked up for Vox...

edit: or are we sure they lack Ironworking and/or a worker? If we know they don't have IW, then the priority, to me, is preventing them from hooking up horses. If/when we're sure of that, then it's fort on the forest time.

I still think we want to pull our northern skirmisher south to assist in choking. But apparently I'm alone on that.

Note this shot taken prior to move, to see Banana Settler (unescorted).

Noticed on ending the turn that Winestrom goes into unhappiness. We're getting War Weariness now. We'll pull Schumacher back into the city next turn.
