Absolutely agreed on the pw changes.

The only unit move I would question is Beckham - if we did want him in place to garrison wines the turn the city is founded, when would he need to begin his march back? Soon, right?

I presumed as much. I read the old Vox threads back in the day, but I have never had much room in my head for names, given I can't remember anyone's name most of the time... but given Eli the Voxian it made sense
