Okay, I've looked at the turn.

So yeah with the build, just switch to worker and do the chop.

        Quickly reviewing that info...

Grog: 1 looks good, then he ends up on the plains forest next turn...

Spinebreaker: 9-9? I assume 7-7 is what was intended, and it looks better than anytihng else. Keeps us exploring their territory and moves away from their borders. They didn't tell us in no uncertain terms to get the hell out of their lands so lets head on in.

Vox appear to have changed worker allocation. Visible are GoldMine, Cows, GL forest. I guess the 4th is floodplain.
        That's 5hpt, 9fpt, 5cpt.

It appears they are dedicated to not growing fast. They seem to want whatever they are researching pretty badly.

Does anyone know when barbs start to appear? As long as there are anmials around, they won't come IIRC, but when do we need start worrying about our cities?

It depends on difficulty level AFAIK, which is why I don't have a clue.

I read a post at some point that said they started showing up when the average number of cities per civ becomes greater than 1.5. I don't know of any reliable source for this, nor have I tested it.
