Oh, 3 warriors and 2 cities means 1 defender for each city plus 1 explorer. If that explorer is on the other side of the Bunch, it can take a while before we spot him on our borders. More likely is that they will try to build another unit(archer, axe), and move another warrior, or even both currently defending warriors to scout around.

This is a true farmer's gambit. It's a pitty we've got too much on our hands, and they're too far away for a quick stab. They're likely ~10 turns before they can build any decent defenders. 2 skirms could wipe them out.

A Settler so early means they will be in pretty good shape to help Vox when they do eventually meet and (inevitably) team up against us.

It may be likely, but I dunno that it's inevitable.

              Just some speculation:
              1. their first strategic goal in this game is to connect bananas. Hence they need plantations.
              2. their second goal is musketeers. They might try to beeline for that as well, which coincides nicely with their chosen starting strat.

at least some wonders, and if they're capital is nice, pyramids should be on their menu, indeed.

All the better. We can't build it ourselves, but we can certainly use it as we're SPI...

Stonehenge would be ridiculously cheap for them, although it would be overkill since they're CRE. But given how easy it would be to build, it might be worth it for the GP points & denial purposes alone.
