The general consensus of the Chat was to not enforce hard time limits, and never skip a turn unless this is discussed by the teams in detail (thus intending to address significant, repeat offenders, NOT single instances).

Team captains, please post your team's name and YEA or NAY.

Ie, if I were UnOrthOdOx, i'd post:

MERCENARY YEA or MERC NAY, or similar.

This will last for two weeks, regardless of the date of game start.
