Sorry for my short absence folks. Bit of a flurry in the weird experience called RL. You think when you get a lifetime membership at Poly they could do something about RL.

Anyways - thank one and all for your interest in the civilization which is Sarantium. We do have some work to do poll-wise - and conmcb has volunteered to be Assistant Brownie Leader. I do appreciate his help.

And I will get the team list updated.

OK as new assistant Brownie leader we have two questions at hand.

1. Do we want a team mercenary in this game. Yes or no. Beta votes no and I vote yes, so we obviously need some peanut gallery input Just post in this thread or send me a PM if you need "privacy".

2. The second question is what kind of map do we want, choices are:

a. Fully randomly generated - pure CIV!
b. Fully hand-designed - I trust no Soren!
c. Random generation with oversight - I want to complain to someone!
d. banana

Again post your preference in this thread.

On forums, after we decide a start date, and decide which teams are playing, we can get snoopy to work on MarkG for that.

Im getting ready to leave town for Thanksgiving and may not get a chance to do so, so if someone can step up and help out by sending a few PM's it would be appreciated

I just want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to vote, and now that we have a starting date everyone is going to have to start checking this thread regularly because the milestones are going to start to rapidly pile up.
