Technology Research
The most recent poll did not have one tech at above 50% therefore as stated before I consider it advisory. As such the path is set as:
Paper-Education-Gunpowder
Gunpowder got the most votes but there is a research benefit if Education is learned before Gunpowder is researched.
Science Rate
Science rate will be raised to 60% until the per turn deficit reaches 10% of treasury reserve. At that point Science rate will be dropped to 50%.
Diplomacy
I authorize the sale of Literature to the Aztecs for at least 130 gold if the long term diplomatic benefit is deemed sufficiently worthy.
Great Person
If the next Great Person is a Scientist, I request an Academy be built in Paddyton. Paddyton has the highest commerce level of cities without an Academy.
Additional
I humbly suggest to the Minister of the Interior that if the Islamic Missionary in Pove Este - fed is not to be immediately employed that he be relocated to Iron Tusks. He will be able to reach his eventual destination as soon or sooner from this more centralized location than from Pove Este - fed.Yes, negotiations could take some time.Comment
