I believe protocol requires you to go to and act on this thread.

Yes, negotiations could take some time.

All is explained in the Newcomer's Guide, FAQ and Constitution Thread which has been topped since the distant murky past.

May I politely suggest you have a look through this thread, it will provide a solid foundation for your future as a Concordian citizen.

Kind sir, I did attempt to read the indicated thread, but

          THE BASICS.....

OK, so you've registered, become a citizen, and had a look around, what now?

Seemed to indicate that it was already assumed that one has become a citizen, without detailing how to do so. Hence, I posted this thread.

            Welcome aboard.

You are a citizen and have the rights and obligations that carries with it. You may post, vote and participate in turn chats. It is helpful if you register in the thread pointed out earlier, particularly if you choose to stand for election - a strict judge may rule you ineligible without it. Since you have done that, you fides are now bona.

                        Welcome!

I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.
