I submit myself for the position of Minister of Finance.
I will not be able to attend any turn chats. My reading of the constitution is that a minister is not required to attend. I will provide detailed guidelines for the President for each turnchat if elected.
Since the Minister of Finance's responsibilities as I read them are not turn dynamic I hope this would be sufficient. By this I mean, MoD and MoI are responsible for in turn movement of units, MoS may be needed for an inquiry from another government, MoF can provide the overriding financial philosophy and if/then guides so the in turn actions can be enacted by the President.
If the citizens feel this is insufficient they can vote against my candidacy. If candidate Nugog would not like this turn chat absence from an MoF he can state so early in the election and the citizens can factor that into their decision.
During the election thread I will put forth my philosophies concerning this position and how I will execute the responsilities.Yes, negotiations could take some time.Comment
