    I see myself, in this game, predominantly as a builder, but I like to be always ready to take an opportunity should one present itself.
    Let your every day be full of joy, love the child that holds your hand, let your wife delight in your embrace, for these alone are the concerns of humanity.

          The question is about the style for this whole game or just for this

          term? Aniway, my opinion:

          Culturist: is not possible, too late to even think;

          Religion: alone too much late to be profitable, if possible, so religion

          begins with war (conquest, Bombay is the best);

          War (monger/builder): in this term looks impossible, in the game is a

          very important tool (not a goal);

          Builder: understood as puting away all other things or build just to

          build,no; otherwise,yes.

          Technologist: it looks this term is a technology question, the whole

          game is like builder a tool,not a goal;

          Pragmatist: can never be wrong, but doesn't say much.

          So, this technologist this term and war-builder in this remaining

          game as a whole.

          Best regards,

            I voted War-builder, but I misread the OP and thought it was for the remainder of the game. So it really should be either builder or pragmatist.

                  Guess it is no surprise where I sit!

                  However, you cannot really be a successful warmonger, without a lead in useful techs.

                  As for war being a tool, not a goal, well i guess that depends what sort of victory, apart from time you want.

                  Cultural is out for us, as a victory.

                  Diplomatic is also probably out, particularly with the French/Aztec/Greek power block we are currently facing.

                  Domination - without warmongering - is IMO not an option.

                  Conquest - forget it.

                  Space Race - , but possible.

                  Time -

                  So what is our end goal - to survive to the end or win?
                  I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

                      I think my answer here gives a different message to the one I gave in the "Victory" poll. The latter was a much longer term goal which I think favours strongly a domination victory.

                      What is more interesting from this poll is how the results are going to be interpreted. It might be possible to reach several conclusions on different subjects simply by the classification of "borderline" votes (eg is War-builder one that supports war now or believes that we are in an interim war stage, or do those people now believe we have little purpose in war).
