OK I'm starting a Law firm. So if you are looking for someone to argue your case in front of the court look no further. I have no case, one of my grand daughters takes for herself all the

bananas she can find here, and I know you are still busy in the Court

for more two days. But I'm not in a hurry.

I'm trying now the always important and impossible task of figure a

coherent system out of a group of laws. Perhaps, if nothing better to

do, you wish to attend me :

A passed resolution supersedes all, but the constitution. And can be

about any subject. But no resolution is deemed necessary, with just

one exception : declaration of war or action that causes war.

(We must remember that is possible to have a resolution that even

imposes always war or always peace).

Without more elaboration, it looks that last Court decision put clear

the need of the foreseen resolution, is for, not the situation of war,

but the act - formal or unformal - that begins an war.
