It may look strange, but I think both Nimitz and MMC are right.
Nimitz is right: nobody can have the possibility of win two spots;
And MMC is also right: if he loses the P. run, then he'll have no
chance of win that spot; and, if no one was nominated (now to
Finances) then the nomination processus for this spot is still on.

Yes, but then he´ll have to run separate after the current election. If we have no MoF now, zeace continues as MoF and can not run for judge.

But if Zeace resigns from his MOF spot to take up Judge position, isn't it up to Mr. P to appoint someone for the MOF role (i.e. one of the losers of the Presidential race?) ????

But he´d have to resign before the election as he can´t be MoF and run for Judge at the same time...
But ministers must be elected, not appointed. So it´s up to the court to extend the nomination for as long as they see fit. But in the meantime the appointed MoF is de facto MoF!
