Chris if you would please avoid spamming the court threads as are not in the parties at question here and we haven't opened it up to public questions yet. Ok I'm going to move to the Questions phase tomarrow if no one from the government has anything to add. It will start with questions from the justices and eventually move to public questioning.

I concur with the other ministers that a cease-fire does not result in peace. The cease-fire was made in order to extort stuff from Fred, not in order to stop the fighting.

The MoD and MoS should have the option of using extortion during a war without that action ending the war.

Ok we are moving on to the questions section. The justices will start asking questions if any government official still had something to say just follow procedure and request to be heard and I will see what we can do.

I think I have just the one question.

Much of the evidence already given which referred to a planned period of peace would be considered as heresay evidence. Can the executive furnish us with any evidence from discussions prior to or during the vote on the original resolution which makes any reference to such a plan or to any period of peace?

Said Resolution was proposed at 16/07 by MOS.

In her open post, it is said: "...giving us plenty of free time to deal with

the Germans".

Citizen Zoid (he was Supreme Justice and is now President) said:

"Germany is indeed ripe for the picking".

Citizen Joncnuun said: "let's fulfill our manifest destiny by getting full

control of our landmass".

These show that the intention was (and is) to fight the Germans till

their complete defeat.

And there is nothing to be found saying, sugesting, or even

admiting,the opposite or different thing.

You only need to study turn chats dating back to the Mongolian Wars to see the Precedent set there of war then ceasefire to extort techs, surely this is the same process and was fully intended !

Add to that the new poll which clearly supports the intended recommencement of hostilities !

This is moot, tell me what or who has anything to be gained here ?

The only useful outcome from this Court case would be a clarification of procedures needed for future Governments to follow when seeking to gain a mandate for war ! If thats what every party here wants to see then fine lets cut the smelly stuff and sort out a resolution or two !

I came back from a holiday and found all this, was a shock at first as I thought something terrible had occured, it then turned to confusion as I struggled to figure out what on earth was going on !

If hidden political agendas lie behind this legal sham then those parties listening behind the curtains should have the courage to speak up !

The Government has this citizens full support for its actions thus far and for the continued war against Germany !!!

Be careful Chrisius while I can see your point you can make it with out attacking the court or attacking my integrity. I had this brought up to me as an issue I didn't start this in a back room I have been open in all these proceedings and as far as the court is concerned legally there is no precedence just the fact no one brought this up the last time. Further you must ask before speaking in this thread unless addressed by the court.

Anyways you may speak Rob just please keep it civil I'm getting a bit tired the lack of it.
