Now "awaiting UPS to pick up so we can torment some other older geezer" is what I read on this

Yep, Amazon shows my shipment to arrive sometime between tomorrow and next Monday...of course, I have an all day class on Saturday and Sunday (from 10AM-7PM) - just my luck.

My copy was "ready to pick up" by UPS last night.
UPS picked it up this morning and now claim they will deliver it tomorrow. (So approximately 400 turns worth of time wasted in transit! )

Note: the info on the amazon webpage is absurd as they still claim expected delivery on 10/26! (Not sure how they can do this as my time machine seems to be on permanent backorder),
Of course once you have a UPS tracking number you can copy it and go over to www.ups.com where you can get a much clearer idea of where in the process you are. Clicking on the tracking button on amazon does not give you the full story!

Funny thing... I've actually RECIEVED a shipment from Amazon when the webpage said "Shipping Soon" . Only once though.

My guess is that Amazon isn't getting enough copies to fill all of their orders. Luckily, mine is now just waiting for UPS
