I really wish EB Games would stop using UPS because those idiots can't track to save their lives. I'd understand if this was ground service, but it's not.

UPS has been pretty good to me.
Mine shipped yesterday with 3-day shipping, and UPS tracking just informed me that it is on the truck for delivery today!
2 days early.
That's one benefit of living in a large city.

UPS tracking still isn't up to snuff though. When they don't bother to update the tracking information for 6 hours for a next-day air delivery, that's pretty poor.

I never have that problem with FedEx, so I have confidence.

My game from EB (overnignight air) is listed as being on the truck for delivery as of 7:55 AM EST. Of course, I am having it delivered at work and it won't do me much good until ater 5 PM

Is there anyone with an international order at EBGames that has shipped already? My impression is that so far only U.S. orders have gone out.
(I saw a message somewhere of someone who placed an order at EBGames yesterday, that has shipped already. Mine's three weeks old and still not shipped.)

When I placed my order, I got a strange followup message, by the way, asking me for details of me and my bank. I replied, basically with a (much!) friendlier version of: It's an American Express card, you idiots, not a bank card, and my contact details are, well, exactly the same ones that I put on my order.
I didn't get a reply to that, but some time last week my order stopped being cancellable, so I guess that means that all is well...

Well, UPS apparently DOES at least give me tracking information when it passes through the local UPS service center. My package went through a UPS center within 10 miles of me over 2 hours ago...

It being UPS, however, the truck will likely hit every neighborhood in the region before mine.

But in a bizarre way I ordered from EBGAMES and it's not through UPS but with FedEx that carries my 2 games (there is one to sell)...
