Well, yes. But this is just another reason why there won't be another patch before BtS. Time is money and they've already made their money from Warlords. No reason to waste valuable programmer time with an old expansion...I love being beaten by women - LorizaelComment

Unless they have to fix somethings that would make BtS incompatable with Warlords in terms of MP between the two camps of those with BtS and those without.
The fact that no one who's testing for the game is saying that there won't be a patch is testimony enough, for me, to say that there will be one.

Do we know someone who's a game tester? If you are you can't say that you are or, of course, talk about the testing. So exactly how long do you suppose we wait? There's 74 members in the different teams. Are we going to delay this indefinitely just because one member makes an off hand remark at another site?? Let's cut the crap and get to it, patch or no patch! No, Fed; of course we would start without a patch if there wasn't one. I'm just suggesting that we wait 2 more weeks. If by that time no word on has surfaced then I will withdraw my request to wait for said patch.

There is no need to wait for a patch. IN every previous case PItboss games have been able to update to the patched version. No patch has yet to break saves.Comment
