I suggest on difficulty level, given the voting, unless Paddy's team supports Noble (easy) that we compromise on Monarch - a runoff is going to be difficult since basically every selection got 2 votes except Emperor got 3. Monarch is based on the voting most likely to be supported by the majority of the teams, I would suspect.<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

I though about it and if éirich tuireann's vote doesn't determine the second candidate then the second most popular option (Prince) in the respective individual-oriented poll that was posted a while ago could be used.Comment

If Emperor was the most popular choice in both polls, shouldn't that tell us something???
At the very least we should use the weighted average of the team poll and settle on Monarch.

'Civ/Leader' setting has been decided (Teams Choose Any Civ)
I don't think 'Sealevel' needs a run-off since between low and medium, éirich tuireann would probably choose the latter
We'll have to have a run-off for the map between 'Archipelago (Snaky Continents)' and 'Continents' and for the difficulty level between 'Emperor' and 'Prince'.Comment
