Questions
Keygan,
Could you tell us a little bit about how this is all going to come together. It looks like there are nine interested players. Will there be nine civs or will we take turns playing a fewer number? Will there be a number of protagonists for us to struggle against played by either the computer or yourself or are we in compitition with one another in what will be largely a peaceful game? Or, both? How will the game philosophy be implimented or will this take shape through diplomatic role playing by the players themselves."I cannot fiddle, but I can make a great state from a little city" - Themistocles

There are currently 6 teams, and 2 more pending. The one of the teams is our team. Each team will compete with the other teams for the ultimate winner, in a fashion more or less like a regular multiplayer game. Each team will lead a single civilization. And each team will vote in regular periods for their leader who will do the actual play of their civilization. Polls and discussions will take place pretty regular, so as to commonly decide what course our civ will take and how to respond in several events that will take place. This will probably be done in our private forum as soon as the teams are formed and the game is near to start.
The multiplayer mode that will be used, will be PitBoss.

Pit Boss
Wow Pit Boss sounds like the multiplayer solution. Is this game a Civ IV game or CTP1. Does pit boss work with CTP1??
Whoops, I see now that this is a Civ IV game. I wonder how I wandered in here. Haven't got Civ IV yet. Take me off the list. Have fun!"I cannot fiddle, but I can make a great state from a little city" - Themistocles
