While I was trying to figure out what the team would look like I came up with two ideas but I was unable to decide which one to choose from.
Therefore I will let you decide which one from the following will represent our team:
Delian League
Introduction
In 480 BC the Persians, under the rule of Xerxes, invaded Greece in an attempt to subjugate the city states of the south and revenge for the defeat their former ruler, Darius, suffered a decade ago. Despite their first successes they were drawn into an unfavorable location to battle the Greek navy, at the straits between Salamis and Attica, where they were forced into a heavy defeat, practically losing their ability to support their army through see. The Greeks passed into the offensive defeating again the Persians at the locations of Plataea and Mycale starting a series of events that ultimately lead to the overthrow of Persian Empire by Alexander the great approximately one hundred and fifty years later.
In 477 the Delian League was formally formed as an alliance between Greek cities and kingdoms with the purpose to liberate the Greek cities that had fallen to the Persians and defend themselves from future aggressions of Persia.
Philosophy
The Delian League will favor peace over war and will seek victory through a less aggressive stance. Will always try to resolve differences by peaceful means and war will be the last resort.
However those, who will betray them, dishonor their agreements with them, attempt to enslave them, or otherwise threaten their territorial integrity will be treated with vengeance and great harshness. A simple response will never be enough. The offender will have to be punished severely.

Hyborian Hordes
Introduction
Inspired by Robert E. Howard’s famous fictional character, Conan the Barbarian (also known as Conan the Cimmerian), and the saga that was created around the character.
"Know, oh prince, that between the years when the oceans drank Atlantis and the gleaming cities, and the years of the rise of the Sons of Aryas, there was an Age undreamed of, when shining kingdoms lay spread across the world like blue mantles beneath the stars - Nemedia, Ophir, Brythunia, Hyperborea, Zamora with its dark-haired women and towers of spider-haunted mystery, Zingara with its chivalry, Koth that bordered on the pastoral lands of Shem, Stygia with its shadow-guarded tombs, Hyrkania whose riders wore steel and silk and gold. But the proudest kingdom of the world was Aquilonia, reigning supreme in the dreaming west. Hither came Conan, the Cimmerian, black-haired, sullen-eyed, sword in hand, a thief, a reaver, a slayer, with gigantic melancholies and gigantic mirth, to tread the jeweled thrones of the Earth under his sandaled feet."
Philosophy
Hyborian Hordes are completely unpredictable. They will seek for power in any possible way individually or in combination, so military, culture, commerce, science, diplomacy are all within their grasp. Ultimately they will lead their way into triumph by enforcing their opponents recognizing their supremacy, sometimes by force, and gaining victory.
They can virtually play any style or a combination of styles but will always try to ensure victory even if that will mean changing their play style completely.
While other paths to victory are possible but optional, military strength will always be considered necessary for their survival and military skills will always be a valuable asset.
