Ahoy team members!

I think it is time to design our civgroup logo.
...and I would be honoured to do it.

Do you have some ideas for it? Maybe it should have the letter "U" in it? ...for Unity or UDD

I think I prefer the second one - the axe doesn't convey a subtle message.

Hmm! Ok, call me politically namby-pamby, I probably deserve it, I'm not too keen on being represented by the emblem of a British fascist party that evolved from Margaret Thatcher's horribly divisive Conservative Government. The battles of the eighties are still a little too fresh and painful for me so I would rather we went with option two ( the "U" emblem).

Ok, I knew the history of the symbol, but I thought we could use it for something good.

Maybe we should go with something more PC.
The letter "U" logo or something else...

Which one is the fascist symbol

It's the double cross symbol in post number 24. I know it's a symbol of a fictional fascist party and I feel a little weak bringing it up. And honestly. it's not a team breaker, I just found it a little troubling.

I played around with the concept of "unity"

Here is a logo where two swords unite in front of a blue shield.
You can suggest some variations to it... like if you prefer some other colour for the shield.

I'm quite happy with the look of this logo.

I see the yellow / golden hand guards don't show up very well...

I'll try to change some other darker colour to it.
