I put some numbers on what I consider decent city spots. It you Chose other and use teh number pad notation relative to one of teh given spots so we know where it is. Or post a screenshot.



19 is a risky spot to chose because it would no doubt upset PAL. Teh same goes for 11-16. Of the closer spots I think 1 is the best. 18 gives access to 4 gems, but I think we should try to squeeze another city in there, say at 6 or 7, and put another city somewhere between 9 and 10.

The northern spots are defiantly a risk. I also would prefer our first 2 cities being closer. 1 is defiantly the best spot

As much as I like 13 we should probably settle for 1 for the time being.
