Wow! I think founding on the spice is still most beneficial since it will give +1 , access to fish and rice. Founding on the the stone gives instant access to the stone for wonder building and a hammer bounus, but we lose the fish. We could also found a city with access to the gems for an instant research boost.

I will move the Northern warrior to 7 next turn if there are no objections.

don't recall ever having a city with access to 8 resources. really can't go wrong with the spice or the stone huh?
