I agree with Swiss and Ruff. We've already given our response, and starting up an argument in the general forum solves nothing. Look at the reaction from the other teams: Templars are saying "you deserve it!" and PAL is shaking their heads, muttering "you should have expected something like that!" Meanwhile Donovan is cheering us on, and Rabbits checked out of this game a long time ago. What exactly is there to prove? Everyone knows that Imperio tried to play all sides at once, never committing to any other team. That *NEVER* works in the game Diplomacy, and it rarely works in real life. No surprise that it failed in this game either.

Oh no! The last-place, most incompetent, first-eliminated team in the game is warning that Imperio and Realms Beyond can't be trusted! Whatever are we going to do now?!
Even after Templars are gone, they're still good for a chuckle. Man, those guys are hilarious. I can only imagine the mind-bending reality of their private team forum...

Never mind those RB goons, you know who I don't trust? Banana. I mean, just look at what they did to Giza. It's gone. Gone! Not only that, but I think they might be conspiring with some group from a completely different continentto undercut their own friendly neighbor. Beware banana! Keep your eyes peeled!!!
Sorry. I'll behave now.

Can I post the following in reply to Hercules?
---
2.1. Imperio was supposed to trade us Gunpowder. Not only did they fail to do this, but they ignored our messages about it.
So how come you acquired it?
2.2. Imperio was supposed to join us in war against Templars. They broke both letter and spirit of this clause by delaying their attack for so long that Templars declared on them instead.
This may be true but the player before Naldo, Kelben, was always short of time and chose to be vassal to RB.
---
I still think that the only underhanded thing we did here was not telling Imperio that we considered the deal to be void. However, since they were the first ones to break it, they aren't in a position to complain. So I don't want Hercules' questions to go unanswered, even if it will not affect the outcome of the game. I can even add a disclaimer that it's my personal post, and not an official team reply.

The vassal thing is stupid. I don't think we need to make the case, but I also think diplomacy is totally done in this game, if it ever really mattered. Therefore I think players who want to argue with Templars should be free to do so.
@Iamjohn - I believe Krill has stated the forums will get opened. I may be totally wrong though.

And yes, I believe too that Krill as a historian will open the private forums after RB has vassalaged the rest of the world. She said 'Your nose is running honey' I said 'Sorry but it's not'

Should the game be paused while Imperio finds a new turnplayer? (Or at least turn their civ over to AI.)
Walking past unmoving troops feels like cheating, and we had paused the game to find new Bananas, so seems unfair to take advantage of Imperio's inactivity now. One or two missed turns are ok (after all, PAL did benefit from Banana missing a couple turns earlier), but maybe the game should be paused if there is still no sign of them after we play the next turn.
