I made an executive decision to accept Krill as game admin, as I'm getting a bit fed-up with all the wrangling going on.

The only way you guys would get me as game admin was if you all agreed to me as game admin and I agreed to do it. As it is, the only way I'd agree to do it was if my word was final, but I doubt that anyone would agree to that.

Team Realms Beyond would be happy to have you as game admin, and would accept your judgments as binding.

We'd like to start with the case, if the other teams agree to you being the game admin.

An iron fist is definitely required, especially with someone as untrustworthy as TonyCIV around, though hopefully he'll be off once the current dispute is resolved.

Personally I think Tony is less untrustworthy than the Rabbits. Their posts are so confusing (I know it doesn't help that we can't see the game) that it makes it difficult to find out what happened, and they categorically refused to receive any punishment for their violation of the rules.

On-topic: I agree Swiss. Now if only I can get Krill back in my MP clan, the real behind-the-scenes maneuvering can begin

I agree. The only way to resolve team disputes is to give final say to somebody who is completely neutral, and all other teams playing the game have their interests, so Krill is the closest thing to an impartial arbiter we can get.

PS As for Rabbits vs. PAL dispute, I find the chance that TonyCIV moved after pressing End Turn higher than the chance that the entire Rabbit team is lying. (Especially if TonyCIV is the over-eager turn player who made tech trade with Imperio for which PAL had to apologize to us.) So far we have at least one documented blatant violation from TonyCIV and the only evidence against Rabbits is an accusation he threw out when he was challenged, and to which Rabbits gave a reasonable reply.

I don't think Rabbits did make an illegal double move: they double moved on T95 (not T94 as we first thought) and they state they waited the required 24hrs to do so. Sadly, civstats was down from that turn, so we'll never know for sure.

Krill has been appointed game admin, so let's hope he can (a) get us moving again, and (b) resolve future problems more rapidly than we were able to in this case.
