How to get the game back up?

Since the double move issue is more or less discussed, and PAL doesn't seem interested in contradicting our claims of how things went, how do we suggest to put the game back up?

Do we demand some kind of retribution from PAL?

Do we ask to set the turn back to 525 BC or 500 BC (when PAL's double moves became obvious) and be the first team to play on a turn?

Or do we ask to set the turn back and leave it with that?

I say we demand that the turn be set back to 525 BC, PAL forfeits the turn and we remove one warrior. This should make everyone happy.

We did not break the Double Move rule because we waited the required amount of time. We should suffer no penalty.

If we wish to restore accuracy to the game we should set it back to the start of the turn where PAL made the double move and we should move first.

If we wish to enforce a penalty, we should have PAL forfiet the turn in which they made the double move

Therefore I go with a combination of Rob's and Zoid's toughts: set the turn back to 525 BC, and PAL forfeits its right to play first as long as this war lasts, essentially losing initiative for a turn. We do not 'sacrifice' any unit whatsoever.

Okay - here's my view of what's going on.

PAL has broken the rules - but can possibly argue that we did as well. We all know that we did not - but is it worth ruining this game for all the other teams by dragging this out.

Resetting the game will not really change anything.

I say we just get on with the game.

Well, if the majority of you wants it that way, by all means. But please don't ask me to play turns with that nitwit from PAL if that's the case. You need another turnplayer then.

O yes, TheViking gave a on the question if we feel okay with Krill as game admin. I agree with him.

Nugog the second city we lost may still have fallen but not so fast if PAL had not cheated, now time is always master and time may have seen us whittle a few more PAL units in there attempt to take that second city !

Weakened and bruised yes but if we had hurt PAL's first assault force enough to slow it right down it would have meant us having a better position than that which we have after they cheated ! so to say we will ruin the game for all others by pressing this matter is opposite of truth because the alternative is to have forced the rest of the teams to play on against cheaters had we said nothing on the matter !

Ok, tony has gone from bad to worse. He's acting like a spoiled tw@t that throws things and shouts abuse when he doesn't get what he wants. I understand Geo's refusal to act as a turn player with that kind of behaviour from another player. The game is dead and tony killed it...
