  • Turn 67 - 1320 BC

Firstly, my apologies for the lack of a turn report last turn.

Now, let's make it up with a general screenshot of our civ situation.

Some random knowledge is that it takes PAL still 413 to finish Alphabet. And I'm sure now they don't put all their slider efforts towards an war with either.
So they are or hoarding for upgrades/construction, or spending to a third civ.

    Caerbannog...

... finishes the Axeman next turn. A lighthouse and a settler have been put in the queue in case nobody comes up with a better plan and backs it up sufficiently for the rest of us to agree.

      More of the same...

... in Diggers Burrow. Caerbannog and DB are linked by road now, and the cow pasture is connected in the trading grid.
Axeman is done next turn. We could start another axe or perhaps a galley next turn.

        Aachen...

... is moving along quietly. I've switched the citizen from a 3 tile to a 2 /1 tile. I doesn't delay the growth of the city so...

Our warrior on hill patrol has discovered a barb warrior near our borders, aching to cross our Great Wall but not able to do so.
He also spotted some Barbarian tribe on the northwest, giving us an opportunity to train our soon finished axeman on the field.

          ToDo's and Proposals...

          To Do:

Actually nothing to do turnwise. The workers are busy or are in the finishing turn, and the warriors are near/in Aachen.
What somebody could do is compose a message towards PAL regarding their research situation. I believe Chuck volunteered this time?

          Proposal:

Move our hill warrior to 7. He'll be on a desert hill adjacent to the barb warrior and separated by a river. Easy opportunity to gather an XP if the barb is so foolish to attack. Further more, he's on the road to the barb tribe to check things out there. The general proposal is to attack that barb city near Aachen with our axemen.

Looks like Chuckman already sent the message.

            Agree with the proposal

Let's just get that galley out and to the other continent.
It is time we seek out other teams, especially since it looks like PAL is in no hurry to rush Alphabet.

We will not be able to get to the other continent with a galley unless we can get free passage through PaL and Banana's water.

F*ck, you're right. I completely overlooked that icepack.
Oh well, changed the production in DW to an axe again. Thanks for pointing it out.
