Then there's Dandelion and Buttercup. For once they're fond enough of eachother to be catched in the same gameframe.

And at last our fearless Thumper spots action on the edge of the forest! Wolves, here he comes!

My take:

• Switch research to Masonry.
• Continue worker production.
• Thumper: moves 8 towards the wolves.
• Buttercup: moves 1-->1. There's a wateredge to be seen in that direction, he might be able to look over a lake or find another ocean.
• Dandelion: moves 7-->4. He'll finish his turn in the forest then and is in position to check black plots the turn after.

By carefully examining my droppings I arrived at the following conclusion.......

Searching through droppings gives you smelly paws........

oh, and :

Thumper : 8

Dandelion : 7-4

Buttercup : Do we go south, south-west, west or north-west??? My personal preference is to go back west (4-7) (then 1-7 to the stone next turn), and let Dandelion handle the south (7-4 / 1-1 / 1-3.......)

Tech : I'll take Fed's and Geo's advice and propose switching to Masonry.

The main reason I propose 1-->1 for Buttercup is the lake/ocean southwest of the cow resource so we'll be able to spot more. Since Dandelion has to turn back south-southeast I don't think they will overlap each other. On the contrary.

Animal Husbandry will also reveal horses which may effect city site location. (although I think the Wheel is a good idea at this point.

Continue barracks production until size 3, then switch to worker.

Well, we already have a copper city to settle. It will be a while before we have a second settler to seek out horses.
