If one looks at the Imperio sign up thread, there is a member of Realms beyond asking for an e-mail address. It looks like those two have made contact.

I think its or a gameplayer switch, or a cover to disguise meeting one particular civ, or simply good organizing.
(I think that covers all the possibilities? )
