IMO Vassal states have to be off, never mind the AI, because colony maintenence will affffect any colonies on the New World and this game mechanic was never thought through with regards to Terra. Tech brokering on, which at the moemnt is winning, would mean that we can only trade techs that we research.
Tech brokering off means that we can trade any tech that we know, whther we researched it ourselves, traded for it from another team, or discovered it from a hut.You just wasted six ... no, seven ... seconds of your life reading this sentence.Comment
