I think that's a no-brainer.

I'm leaning toward CS. It will only take about 2 turns(?) then after a turn of anarchy we should have machinery in another turn. Then we can start whipping out teh mighty Cho-Ko-Nu
BTW, I think we're getting a GP in 5 or 6 turns, what are the odds that we'll get a GP that can lightbulb Astronomy?
