    UGH!

I didn't know that (obviously). I guess we would have to ban multiple log ins then.

That would be a problem for teams that have many players who want to log in and take a look.

But the rule could be this: "No logging in after hitting EOT"
That way it would be easier to monitor via CivStats.

          Me neither!!!

I may be showing my ignorance here but what is the point of this feature?? Surely it causes more trouble than it is worth??

P.S. Not that we're actually able to change it of course....

I think turn player can save the game and then it can be loaded on other computers, but you'll not be able to give any orders.

In that case you can move double move by moving units before oppnent without hitting end of turn.

But then this can be proven from the CivStats and proper measures can be taken.

I don't think this is possible. The reason is because a savegame isn't connected to the server.

RE: Double moves. Its a very simple rule really, no double moves in war until ~8-12 hours left on the turn timer and your opponent hasnt logged in. The real rule is do no wrong and let them compete.

Not being able to log in again is a big problem to something that is not broken, if you forget something, want to see what damage the other guy did to you, or the team decides to pursue another tech you cannot. Not a very good rule. There is a game admin who can look at complaints of double moves and rule on them. Also, if you log in multiple times for some nefarious purpose your opponent will obviously notice.

Anything but a 22 hour timer (real time 24 hours) is far too slow.

Problem with the 8-12 hours from end of turn is that it could well be that for the turnplayer that could be the middle fo the night, and if they have work the next day...

No this is a Democracy game, if we want one turn player and one person to look at saves, then go play a ladder game

Yeah, whle I will take pictures to post in the forum and what not, I don't want to always be the only person able to play the save and have to remain logged in all of the time; sometimes my connection will break for example, being in the third world country known as the north east of England.

I was advised to post in this thread for the game administrator position.

If it's still available I'm up for it, that is if you want me of course

Note however that I can't be available daily but I can attend in a weekly basis (during weekends that is) or in a case of emergency (but someone will have to inform me about it).
