    Crikey, didn't expect that!

Plan was to get a 2nd city down ASAP, meet the neighbours then decide who was first for the chop. Lack of Copper & Horses meant a delay til Cats, which gave Bismarck time to build a Wonder for me (Great Lighthouse).

Disposing of him meant my borders now touched those of Mansa, who had a 2nd city and had sealed off the donut on this side. This made the game a stroll: Mansa is a happy tech whore and won't attack you unless you're a complete SoB to him. Thus I'd simply work my way around against the Psychos (and Roosy).

The icing on the cake came as OCC Hannibal DoWd Roosy just when I was preparing to attack Carthage. Two turns delay for his units to move and I happily accept Roosy's invite to war. With his units unable to get back, Hannibal is doomed.

I then ploughed through Roosy, Stalin, Ragnar, Shaka, and (IIRC) Khan took me over the limit.

1440AD, wow. i completely underestimated how much land i'd need for a domination victory so i was pretty cautious in attacking; but even then, theres no way I could have finished that early. pretty impressive.
