    Advanced Game 13 Discussion Thread

    Advanced League Game 13 has closed for submissions. Please feel free to discuss your game in as much detail as you want. The more we talk, the more we can learn from each others successes and failures......

    No submissions this round unfortunately!! Lots of starters, but no-one managed to email anything in........

    I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

      I struggled with the lack of happy and only remembered HR unit happiness quite a way down the road

      Met the AIs and was, unsurprisingly, trailing in tech, but a bit of trading drew me into the pack. The AIs had settled on most of the islands, and Hannibal had Physics by the time I had Sci Meth

      Got the AIs to pleased, but that wasn't enough to prevent Gilg from sending a Flotilla of Doom over to me. Saw it just outside my borders and I quit: I had mainly archers and he had MT, so I didn't feel like playing it out to its inevitable conclusion.
