I get a Load Failed error after the game warns me that the "save file is protected to ensure assets in the mod folder have not been changed".

I'm guessing it's because I'm running BtS through Steam. Anyone know of a fix for that?

I had that error also, and it was because I was avoiding patching to 3.03 (from 3.02). Once I patched to 3.03, I was able to play without any more problems.

In the interests of equality we have decided to keep Game #1 as 3.03 (and 3.02?) only.

The logistics of trying to compare 3.03 saves with 3.13 would just be too complex.

When 3.13 is finally released, please submit your Game #1 save before patching to 3.13.

To this end we have decided to delay the release of Game #2 until the 3.13 patch comes out so as many people can play as possible.

We hope you understand our decision and thank you in advance for your co-operation.
